I need your help.
I am in a rut. A cooking rut, to be specific.
It's the middle of January. There's nothing fresh to cook with anywhere, let alone something fresh and local. I have had it up to my ears with stick-to-your-ribs casseroles - clearly.
Because all of those casseroles really did stick to my ribs. Gah!
I need some new recipes. Things like light soups, refreshing sandwiches, perhaps even some vegetarian dishes.
Hell, at this point I'm willing to head outdoors to the grill in sub-zero temps for something that tastes remotely like summer.
What say you? Do you have any new recipes for me to try?
