You'll recall that I created a DIY vermicomposting system from a tote from my classroom and some red wrigglers from the local ISU Extension Office.
This is what you'll see by the backdoor as you ring the doorbell:
And this is what's inside:
Food scraps, waiting to be gobbled up by little worms and transformed into beautiful black gold.
I don't mean oil. I mean compost.
Ah! It feels good to be green.
