I have big news. Something important arrived in the mail today:

My viili yogurt culture and cheese-making kit!

I. Am. So. Stoked.

I can't wait to start making my yogurt! Those two little packets are the culture, and the instructions look so simple!

All I have to do is buy some milk for both the yogurt and cheese-makin'.

Because we're out of milk right now. Go figure.

I'll get started on the yogurt ASAP and let you know how it turns out. I think I'll wait until I get some free time to really sit down and carefully read the instructions for cheese-making. It looks like a really involved process and I don't want to screw it up.

I'd love to have someone to share in this dairy journey with me! I ordered the goods last week from a site that was recommended by a rockin' blogger-chick. Check both of them out and let's do this!
