Recipe Keeper #8: Cottage Cheese Dip

My sister-in-law, Cheryl, is a great cook. She's also a great hostess, and family gatherings are usually at her house since she's the bomb.com at both of these things.

For my bridal shower, she gave me her recipe for Cottage Cheese Dip, which is a treat she usually makes for family get-togethers. This dip is great with chips, crackers, bread cubes, cut veggies, or a spoon...

You'll need:
"Big container" of sour cream
"Small container" of cottage cheese
1 package of Ranch dip mix
2 T. of mayo

Directions:
Mix.
Chill.
Eat.

How easy was that? Seriously. I know. It's a jazzed up dip that is perfect for potlucks and Happy Hour parties.

And I love how her directions were vaguely simple.

Just my style.

Speakin' my language.

Livin' the dream.

Over and out.
