PERFECT bread machine pizza dough

I'm not exaggerating when I say I have the perfect recipe for bread machine pizza dough.

John and I are pizza freaks. Well, not John necessarily. But I am.

Breakfast pizza in the morning? Yes, please!

Pepperoni and pineapple pizza for lunch or dinner? Of course!

Clean out the fridge and pantry for an ultimate supreme pizza? Why not!?

As a matter of fact, this recipe makes enough dough for three thin crust pizzas or two hand-tossed crusts, so you just might be able to get three meals out of one batch.

Go ahead. Prove me wrong.

Perfect Bread Machine Pizza Dough
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 1/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon of yeast (or one packet, if you use those)
Remember, since this is a bread machine recipe you must put the wet ingredients in first, then layer the dry ingredients on top, finishing with the yeast. Set your bread machine to the dough setting, and wait (which is about an hour and a half). Watch the machine for the first few minutes of mixing, just to make sure all of the ingredients get pulled down by the machine's spatula.
